The camera that we had planned to use was a HD camera. We were unsure whether the files that the video clips would be filmed in would work on an Apple iMovie software. To make sure that this would work we filmed some objects in and around the house to test firstly the quality of the camera, which as we can see from this picture is very good. This picture does not contain footage that will be in our final media product.
After we had done some practice shots we saved it onto an SD card which then allowed us to transfer it onto the apple mac. After transferring it we could see that the camera did have the correct software that would allow us to put all of our footage in our music video.
